All Students Need to COVID test Today & submit results

There are several options for testing:

● Families can pick up a free at-home test kit from the Extera Home Office for each
student on January 7th from 7:30-10:30am or from 3:00-5:30pm.
● Families can take their child to any testing site to receive a PCR Test
● Families can use their own at-home rapid antigen test
All families must upload their child’s test results by 4pm on Sunday January 9th on this survey form on our website in the PDF
